Welcome to Get Sponsored Job. A brand owned and operated by Mayuri Rajput Consultancies Private Limited. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website getsponsoredjob.com, our services, and your participation in our sessions.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

♦ Terms and Conditions for the H.I.R.E.D 2026 Challenge

Get H.I.R.E.D SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made and entered into as of the date of acceptance by both parties.

BETWEEN

Get Sponsored Job UK

AND

The Client.

BACKGROUND

The Provider offers the Get H.I.R.E.D Challenge – a weekly, cohort-based program designed to deliver a UK/EU-ready job-search system for internationals (strategy, LinkedIn, ATS-friendly CV, interview plan and sponsorship negotiation framework). The Client agrees to participate in this program under the terms set forth in this Agreement.

1. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
This is a NON-REFUNDABLE Program at the point of purchase.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED
The Provider agrees to deliver the following services as part of the Get H.I.R.E.D Challenge: FOUR live sessions on core Modules with Coach Sabiha and Coach Mayuri
Done-For-You (Done For You & Done With You) Deliverables*

One UK/EU-style ATS-friendly CV (for primary target role)*
One tailored UK cover letter (for primary target role)*
Full LinkedIn profile revamp optimisation guide (headline, about, experience, skills)*

Additional Support & Tools
A. Weekly implementation and doubt solving support via private LinkedIn community group.

B. AI Agents integrated into the workflow:

Job Scraper Agent (job leads)
LinkedIn Networking Agent (message & follow-up templates)
Interview Preparation Agent (mock interviewer & question bank)
CV Optimisation Agent
Cover Letter drafting Agent

C. Guided Employability Expert support* for progress tracking and DFY/DWY (Done For You & Done With You) coordination

D. Additional templates and resources shared via email or platform

Support hours:
Email support Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM GMT
Typical response time: 24-48 hours during work hours

3. PAYMENT TERMS
Program price: £599

Payment option:

One-off payment

Total payable at point of sale: £599

Payments must be made via the checkout payment methods provided. Payments made are non-refundable. The Client is responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and accurate payment details any charges inccured due to insufficient funds will be the sole responsiblity of the client. Please note, this maybe inclusive of a 20% VAT.

4. DELIVERABLES, TIMING & CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
Delivery
DFY DWY (Done For You & Done With You) deliverables will be delivered to Client according to the programme roadmap as per weekly modules.

Client Responsibilities
The Client must:

Complete onboarding form and baseline audit before the first live lab
Provide timely documents, inputs, feedback and complete designated tasks within timeline for DFY(Done For You) services
Attend live sessions or watch recordings and complete assigned tasks
In the case of rescheduling sessions with employability experts, we need atleast 48 hours email notice, failure to do so will result in forfeiting the service.

Please note, delays in client responses, violation of client charter, any unpleasant behaviour with the team or other community members may result in forfeiture of services as well as not achieving desirable results due to lack of implementation.

5. GUARANTEES & DISCLAIMER

No guarantees are made regarding job offers, sponsorship, visas, or employment outcomes
Results vary and depend on client participation, implementation, resilience and execution
The Provider is not liable for losses arising from Client inaction
No liability for indirect or consequential damages (including lost income)

6. CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PROTECTION

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of non-public information.

The Provider processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its privacy policy. Data may be shared with vetted subcontractors only as necessary for DFY DWY (Done For You & Done With You) services.

The Client consents to anonymised data usage and success stories. Named testimonials will have explicit consent before use.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials, templates, agents, and frameworks remain the intellectual property of Get Sponsored Job UK operating as Mayuri Rajput Consultancies Pvt Ltd. The Client is granted a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial licence for personal job-search use only.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client.
Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.

9. FORCE MAJEURE
The Provider is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control. Alternative arrangements or recorded content will be provided where possible.

10. VARIATION & SUBSTITUTION
The Provider may:

Substitute employability experts or reschedule sessions with reasonable notice**
Replace components with equivalent alternatives if required**

11. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

12. ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT
By enrolling in and paying for the Get H.I.R.E.D Challenge, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions

*Eligibility for promised outcomes is conditional upon attendance at every session and the implementation of all taught materials and strategies with completion of tasks within deadlines

**Material changes if any will be communicated in advance.

♦ Terms and Conditions for the Fast Track Mastermind 2026 Challenge

FAST TRACK MASTERMINGD SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made and entered into as of the date of acceptance by both parties.

The Provider offers the Fast Track Mastermind* – a weekly, personalised 1:1 program designed to deliver a UK/EU-ready job-search system for internationals (strategy, LinkedIn, ATS-friendly CV, interview plan and sponsorship negotiation framework). The Client agrees to participate in this program under the terms set forth in this Agreement.

1. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
This is a NON-REFUNDABLE Program at the point of purchase.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED
The Provider agrees to deliver the following services as part of the Fast Track Mastermind Challenge:

FIVE 1:1 60 min live sessions on core Modules: 3 with Employability Team: Job search strategy, CV, and LinkedIn.1 each with the Coaches on Interview preparation and Visa sponsorship guidance.

♦ Terms & Conditions for the LinkedIn Group

Please refrain from sending direct messages to the coaches and employability team. Instead, kindly post your message in the group, as direct messages may get lost in the inbox/DMs.
Please allow the employability team 24 hours to reply from Monday to Friday during office hours. Responses may not be given on weekends.
Remember, there are a lot of members, and if you’re engaging, as we expect you all to do, please give the moderators and coaches time to reply.
If your query or message doesn’t receive a response, you can contact the team at getsponsoredjob@gmail.com.
After the challenge ends, access to coaches will no longer be available, but the peer-to-peer element will remain open for six months from the last date of the challenge.

User Obligations

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

Payment and Refund Policy

Payment: Payment for our services must be made in advance. We accept various forms of payment, as indicated on our website. If you fail to pay the invoice, we will be charging you a 10% late fee.

Refund Policy: If you cancel your enrollment in the 14-Day Get Sponsored Challenge within the first 3 days(before 9:00 A.M. GMT day 3), you are eligible for a full refund(-transaction cost). To request a refund, please contact us at hi@getsponsoredjob.com. If you are eligible for a refund under these Terms, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 30 business days. Transaction charges (approx. 2%-4%) deducted by the payment gateway will not be refunded.

Participants who join mid-cohort are not eligible for the money-back guarantee, as they have not completed the structured program from the beginning.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Get Sponsored Job and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get Sponsored Job shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
Results vary from individual to individual. The time and energy you put into the program and your job search at large will have a big impact on your results from the program

Access & Usage Policy

1. Platform Compatibility: Our programs are accessible through TrainerCentral and other designated platforms. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure they have a compatible device and an internet connection to access the content.

2. Workplace & Third-Party Restrictions: If a user attempts to access the program from a work laptop or a device with restrictions (such as corporate security settings, firewalls, or administrative controls), we are not responsible for any access issues arising from such limitations.

3. No Device-Specific Support: We do not provide technical support for device-specific restrictions or limitations. Users must use a personal device that allows unrestricted access to our platform.

4. Refund Policy: Once access has been granted, no refunds will be issued due to device incompatibility, employer-imposed restrictions, or personal circumstances preventing access.

5. Program Access Duration: Enrolled users will have access to the program for a period of five years from the date of enrollment. It is the user’s responsibility to access and utilize the material within this timeframe.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Get Sponsored Job is operated under the legal entity of Mayuri Rajput Consultancies Private Limited, registered in India.

Disclaimer: Every effort has been made to accurately represent our programs and the educational value they provide. However, there is no guarantee that you will earn any money using the techniques and ideas in these materials. When we present case studies and testimonials on our website and our other channels, we are showcasing 1% Winner results, which do not reflect the average or low effort experience.

You should not rely on any clients testimonials, or earnings information we present as any kind of promise, guarantee, or expectation of any level of success or earnings.
