• By joining the Get Sponsored Challenge, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The challenge is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
• Participants who join mid-cohort are not eligible for the money-back guarantee, as they have not completed the structured program from the beginning.
• The challenge will run for a duration of 14 days from the start date specified by the organizers.
• Participant data will be collected and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the challenge and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law. By joining the challenge, participants consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal data.
• Participants acknowledge and agree that the organizers may share results and footage of the challenge in marketing materials, including but not limited to social media posts, blog posts, and newsletters. Individual participant identities may be disclosed.
• Get sponsored Job retains ownership of any intellectual property rights associated with members submissions or contributions to the challenge. By participating, participants grant the organizers a royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute their submissions for promotional purposes related to the challenge.
• Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the duration of the challenge. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or in violation of these terms and conditions may result in disqualification from the challenge.
• The organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the challenge at any time for any reason without prior notice. Participants agree that the organizers shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or injuries arising from their participation in the challenge.

• Participants are expected to maintain a professional demeanor throughout the webinar. The use of profanity, offensive language, or other forms of unprofessional behavior will not be tolerated. Violation of this code may result in immediate removal from the session without a refund.

• By joining the 14 day Get S.P.O.N.S.E.R. Challenge, participants indicate their acceptance of these terms and conditions.

♦ Terms & Conditions for the Mastermind Program

1. Introduction

Welcome to Get Sponsored Job. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website getsponsoredjob.com, our services, and your participation in our programs and sessions. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By using our website or services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.

2.2 As part of the program, you agree to share at least one live job vacancy per week that has at least one week before expiration. This enables us to tailor your CV and cover letter accordingly.

2.3 Job Sourcing: We do NOT source jobs on your behalf, as you are the best judge of your skills and career preferences. Failure to provide job listings in the required timeframe may cause service delays or forfeiture of this aspect of the program.

2.4 Session Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance via email. A new session will be scheduled based on availability. In emergency cases, notify us as soon as possible, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

3. Data Protection & Privacy

3.1 We collect and process participant data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3.2 Personal information will only be used for program administration and will not be shared without consent unless required by law.

3.3 By joining our program, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data.

3.4 You agree that elements of your journey may be shared within the GSJ Challenger Community and on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others for promotional purposes.

4. Marketing & Intellectual Property

4.1 Use of Challenge Results: Get Sponsored Job may use challenge outcomes, testimonials, and footage for marketing, including social media, blogs, and newsletters.

4.2 Ownership: Get Sponsored Job retains ownership of any intellectual property associated with participant submissions.

4.3 License Grant: By participating, you grant Get Sponsored Job a royalty-free license to use and distribute your contributions for promotional purposes.

5. Professional Conduct

5.1 Participants must maintain a professional and respectful attitude during sessions and interactions.

5.2 Inappropriate Behavior: Any unprofessional conduct, including profanity, offensive language, or disrespect towards staff or other participants, may result in immediate disqualification without a refund.

5.3 Get Sponsored Job reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the program at any time without prior notice.

5.4 By participating, you acknowledge and accept these Terms.

6. Session Requirements

6.1 Sessions should be attended using Google Chrome on a PC for the best experience.

6.3 Standard email response time is 24-48 hours.

6.5 The program consists of 9 sessions over 90 days, divided as follows:

• 1 session with the Employability Manager

• 2 sessions with Coach Mayuri

• 3 sessions with Coach Sabiha (UK Recruiter)

Note: The schedule is subject to change based on client engagement or operational needs.

7. User Obligations

7.1 You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

7.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

8. Payment Policy

8.1 Payments: All payments must be made in advance to secure participation in the program.

8.2 Late Payments: Failure to pay invoices on time will result in a 10% late fee.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on getsponsoredjob.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Get Sponsored Job and is protected under intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get Sponsored Job shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10.2 Results vary based on individual effort. The time and energy you invest in the program will directly impact your success.

10.3 While we will submit applications as per the agreement, we are not liable or responsible if the employer does not offer an interview.

11. Changes to These Terms

11.1 We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page.

12. Governing Law

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

♦ Terms & Conditions for the 1-2-1 F.A.B Bonus Session

• Prepare beforehand for the session by having your most recent CV ready and a link to a live job advert you want to apply for. 
• Ensure that while attending the F.A.B session, you are on your PC using Google Chrome to ensure smooth session performance.
• Cohort members eligible for the F.A.B Bonus Session must book their slots within the 14-day period of the challenge when booking slots are open, and these sessions cannot be booked outside of this 14-day time period.
• No monetary benefit will be given if you fail to book a slot. You must book before the 14-day challenge ends.
• If you don’t show up for a session you’ve booked, you lose your session. You can’t rebook unless you’ve given 48 hours notice.
• If you wish to reschedule the session, check for available slots. If none are available, inform the team at least 48 hours prior so they can assist you.
• We’re glad you found value in our session and that it’s sparked your interest in more one-on-one coaching. As a member of this exclusive community, you can now purchase additional 1:1 coaching sessions by emailing the team at [email protected]. Since you’re a cohort member, you’ll have access to 45-minute sessions for £45, instead of the usual £99.
• The FAB Sessions are not recorded. 

♦ Terms & Conditions for the LinkedIn Group

• Please refrain from sending direct messages to the coaches. Instead, kindly post your message in the group, as direct messages may get lost in the coaches’ inbox.
• Please allow the coaches or team 24 hours to reply from Monday to Friday during office hours. Responses may not be given on weekends.
• Remember, there are a lot of members, and if you’re engaging, as we expect you all to do, please give the moderators and coaches time to reply.
• If your query or message doesn’t receive a response, you can contact the team at [email protected].
• After the challenge ends, access to coaches will no longer be available, but the peer-to-peer element will remain open for six months from the last date of the challenge.
